| The Department of Humanitarian Assistance in Al-Hakim foundation is very active in many tasks including but not limited to: Orphan sponsorship The total number of orphans sponsored by Al-Hakim foundation nearly one hundred thousand orphans. As part of it’s continues humanitarian programs Al-Hakim foundation distributed blankets for 250 families of Christian families return from displacement in Mosil north of Iraq. This activity came as part of Department of Humanitarian Assistance in the foundation to help families’ victims of displacement by providing essential needs for them. Distributing water tanks for families returning from displacement: As part of it’s continues humanitarian programs Al-Hakim foundation distributed water tanks for families return from displacement in Alzaafrania (Baghdad) This activity is part of Department of Humanitarian Assistance programs in the foundation to help families’ victims of displacement by providing essential needs for them. 500 family benefits from this activity which took place in December 2008 |
| Distributing winter clothes for orphans in Dujail Department of Humanitarian Assistance in Al-Hakim foundation distribute winter clothes for poor families and families of orphans and widows in town of Dujail Clothes were distributed for 650 families in this activity which came as part of assistance programs of Al-Hakim foundation. |
Distributing Medical equipments and medicines
Al-Hakim Foundation contributes to the support the health situation in Iraq. By distributing to the
medical institution modern medical equipment, medicines and other health supplies to health
services in central and southern governorates. In Diwaniya, Basra, Nasserite, Maysan, Babil,
Karbala, Najaf.
Supporting preschool students activities
Al-Hakim Foundation Women's Affairs branch in Baghdad attended the annual celebration
of (Om Alrabiaen ) kindergarten graduation to support the young children and share their
happiness.
Al-Hakim Foundation contributes to the support the health situation in Iraq. By distributing to the
medical institution modern medical equipment, medicines and other health supplies to health
services in central and southern governorates. In Diwaniya, Basra, Nasserite, Maysan, Babil,
Karbala, Najaf.

Distributing wheelchairs for quadriplegic children:
The department of humanitarian assistance in Al-Hakim Foundation, in cooperation with office of the international relief and
development organization (IRD) in Basra, distributed dozens of wheelchairs for the disabled and handicaps children in Basra.
This is first step in coordination between Al-Hakim foundation through its office in New York and IRD which is an international
organization, and has a number of offices in Iraq.
Thanks certificate presented from Al-Hakim foundation to the IRD for their cooperation.

| Sponsorship of orphan marriage: During 5 years, Al-Hakim foundation sponsored marriage of (4767) orphan's young couples and arrange marriage ceremonies for them. The foundation also provides those newly married couples by furniture, electrical and full household equipments. Urgent financial assistance: Al-Hakim foundation provide urgent grants help for (8919) family which are affected and their homes damaged due to violence events took place in Iraq Distributing of wheelchairs Al-Hakim foundation distributed wheelchairs for more than (350) disabled people in various regions of Iraq's provinces |
